Ultrasound

Many of our practices offer the latest in ultrasound diagnostics.  Ultrasound is an important, non-invasive and pain free way to help your veterinarian diagnose your pet’s condition.  When blood work, x-rays, and other diagnostic tests are not sufficient to provide a definitive answer, your veterinarian may recommend an ultrasound. It is often the best non-invasive tool available to image the soft tissues in the body such as the heart, liver, gall bladder, prostate, urinary bladder, spleen, adrenal glands and kidneys. The ability to visualize these tissues helps your veterinarian diagnose many common medical conditions such as pregnancy, bladder stones, severe kidney infections, liver disease, adrenal disease and cancer. Ultrasound can also be critical in aiding your veterinarian to immediately diagnose, and then treat, several life threatening conditions such as internal bleeding and urinary tract obstruction.

Radiology Services

Our on-site, modern X-ray equipment provides high quality radiographs to aid in the quick diagnosis of many disorders.
